Derelict Kitchen Refurbishment BEFORE AFTER
This kitchen had suffered years of neglect. The floor had decayed through water damage, the windows were rotten and boarded up and valuable space in the corner was wasted with an outside wc.
The outside toilet was removed, the floor rebuilt, insulated and raised. New plumbing was installed for both the water and gas radiators as well as a complete electrical rewire. The windows were then replaced, the walls plastered before the kitchen was fitted and the whole room decorated.
